The 5 Cup Fruit Loaf
A five cup fruit loaf recipe, that has only natural sugars. Good for people with autoimmune disorders, diabetes, or generally want to eat cake and be healthy.
So, here we go:-
1 x cup of self-raising flour
1 x cup of bran
1 x cup of dried fruits
1 x cup of brown sugar (can be replaced by half a cup of dried fruits
1 x cup of milk
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add one cup of milk.
Mix together and add to a greased cake tin. 180 degrees, for 30 minutes less, or more. Just take it from the oven, stick a knife in it, if it's still a bit stodgy, leave it a little longer.
Then you will have the most succulent, tasty, healthy cake that you ever dreamed of.
